About Mnova qNMR

Mnova qNMR is a powerful and easy-to-use solution for quantitative NMR data analysis, designed to determine the concentration and/or purity/potency of compounds accurately and efficiently. It supports internal and external reference standards, electronic referencing (ERETIC/QUANTAS/PULCON), and can operate in manual, assisted or fully automated workflows, including batch processing and real-time (RT) automation for high-throughput analyses.

Features

Configurable Concentration and Purity Methods

Mnova qNMR supports both concentration and purity analyses and lets users tailor calculation methods using standards, solvent signals, or artificial references. It automatically reads metadata for acquisition parameters such as receiver gain and number of scans, ensuring consistent accuracy across experiments. In addition, Mnova qNMR integrates automatic assignment and automatic structure verification to enhance data reliability and can be applied to both single and replicate experiments.

Powerful Deconvolution Algorithm

Mnova qNMR uses the Quantitative Global Spectral Deconvolution (qGSD) algorithm to resolve overlapping signals, delivering high-accuracy integrals and robust analysis of crowded spectral regions.

“Advised Analysis” Tool for Purity Determinations​

Mnova qNMR automatically applies optimal settings to determine compound purity. It gathers therequired parameters (molecular weight, sample weight, reference compound, etc.), appliesoptimized qNMR settings, performs the analysis, and reports the final purity.

Batch and Real-Time Automation Capabilities

Mnova can execute qNMR methods in batch or real-time using the automation engine Mnova Gears which dramatically increases throughput while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Streamlined Reporting & Export

Mnova qNMR generates advanced customizable reports, allows zoom into multiplets directly from result tables, exports results as CSV or plain text, simplifying data sharing and record-keeping.
