About Mnova ElViS

Mnova ElViS provides powerful tools to visualize, analyze, and report optical spectroscopic data, including ultraviolet and visible (UV/Vis), near and mid infrared (NIR/MIR), Raman, fluorescence, and other spectroscopic techniques covering wavelengths from 100 nm to 100 µm. It is designed to accommodate diverse data formats and large datasets, helping users streamline optical spectroscopy, from raw data to insight.

Wide File Format and Technique Coverage

Mnova ElViS supports the most commonly used data formats in electronic and vibrational spectroscopy, including: ACII (.txt, .csv), JCAMP-DX (.jcamp, .dx, .jdx, .jcm), OPUS (.0, .1, …), Thermo Nicolet Omnic (.spa), and Thermo Galactic GRAMS (.spc). It also enables exporting datasets to .csv, JCAMP-DX, .txt, .mnova, and various image formats.

Manual and Automatic Spectral Analysis

Mnova ElViS enables both manual and automatic peak picking, allowing users to assign peak themselves or rely on automatic detection for complex overlapping spectra. It also supports stacked and arrayed spectra workflows, making it easy to analyze multiple samples or reaction-monitoring datasets within a single, streamlined interface. 

Extensive Range of Analysis Tools 

Mnova ElViS includes a comprehensive suite of tools including baseline correction, normalization, multiplicative scatter correction, and spectral smoothing, all with the option to build reusable processing templates. Its analysis toolkit features peak picking, integration, data analysis, and arithmetic operations for spectral subtraction, giving users everything they need to extract meaningful results efficiently.
